Shipping & Refunds

We will arrange for shipment of the ordered Products to you. Please check the individual Product page for specific delivery options. Any Products purchased from our Site will be shipped by a third party carrier. As a result, title and risk of loss for such merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Refund Policy

We want to ensure you are satisfied and if you are unsatisfied with the Products for any reason we will refund your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided you request a refund within 30 days of your first delivery (with valid proof of purchase).

Refund requests must be made directly to FilterEasy by contacting us here within the 30 days of your first delivery. Promptly following FilterEasy's receipt of your refund request, if it is approved by our team, FilterEasy will credit the approved amount paid for the product to the payment card you used to make the original purchase. Notwithstanding the foregoing, FilterEasy cannot control when or how a specific payment card company processes a chargeback transaction. You are responsible for contacting your payment card company if you have questions about the status of the chargeback.

After 30 days from your first delivery, FilterEasy is not able to issue refunds for orders that have already processed.

Except as otherwise provided above, all purchases are final and all payments once made are non-refundable.
