With FilterEasy you don't have to worry if you order the wrong size filters, we always offer free returns and exchanges on your first delivery. Refund requests must be made directly to FilterEasy at returns@FilterEasy.com within thirty (30) days of the date of shipment by FilterEasy. FilterEasy is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit to FilterEasy. Promptly following FilterEasy’s receipt of your refund request, FilterEasy will credit the approved amount paid for the returned product to the credit card you used to make the original purchase. Notwithstanding the foregoing, FilterEasy does not control when a specific credit card company processes a chargeback transaction. You are responsible for contacting your credit card company if you have questions about the status of the chargeback.
